Software Customization

Innovative Scheduling offers annual maintenance contracts for its products which qualifies its clients for technical service and periodic upgrades of the software. Sometimes, requests for upgrades and enhancements to Innovative Scheduling software tools are rather significant and fall outside the scope of work typically performed as part of the on-going maintenance. Clients may purchase software upgrades and customization services on a consulting basis. Work tasks include integrating our tools with the clients’ legacy systems, creating new report formats that are consistent with the clients’ own in-house management reports, incorporating additional business rules or model constraints unique to a particular client, or creating a customized model that is tailored to solve a specific client problem. We work with the client to understand and document the user requirements, to scope the project, and to define the acceptance criteria. We are happy to offer our services either under a fix-priced contract or under a time-and-materials billing arrangement. We are flexible in our work approach and will partner with client IT departments to co-develop software. We also offer intermediate project deliverables such as functional specifications, detailed design documents, and prototype codes.
