The company’s current organization includes Executives, Senior Consultants, Directors, Project Managers, Software Analysts, Business Analysts, Administrative, and Board of Directors. Executives include the President and the Vice Presidents. Directors are required to have a PhD in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Computer Science, or significant industry experience; Software Analysts must have MS in Computer Science; and Business Analysts must be graduates or pursuing their graduate degrees. Senior Consultants are eminent researchers and industry experts who we draw upon as needed for specific project assignments. The company also supports several Research Assistants at the University of Florida, who engage in cutting-edge research and advance the frontiers of technology. Our Board of Directors advises the company about its long-term growth, financial and technological strategies. Innovative Scheduling is growing and building a skill set of highly talented professionals. The company aims to have a balanced team of researchers, developers, managers, and consulting personnel.
