| Proof-of-Concept Studies |
If you are working with Innovative Scheduling for the first time or want to learn more about how our products can help you, a proof-of-concept (PoC) study is the perfect way to get started. A PoC study gives us an opportunity to learn more about your business needs and priorities, while also showing you how we can provide you a significant return on your investment. You will learn more about our organization and software tools, while gaining confidence in the value that we will create for your company. We will also learn more about your business practices and priorities.
In a typical PoC study:
we work with you to bring your business data, current plans and business rules into
our models,
calculate the cost of current operations, and
use our models to suggest changes and quantify savings.
In some cases, we can build a prototype model or prototype system for your specific decision problem to demonstrate the technical feasibility and sufficient value creation for the development of the full system.
Proof-of-concept studies are designed and budgeted to represent the technical feasibility of the concept. We believe it is important to make a business case for your investment without attempting to install all the features of the system, perform detailed calibrations, or integrate of our tools with your business processes. A successful PoC study often leads to detailed development, software licensing, and deployment.
